Cookie Recipe

I made these cookies this past weekend. The first time I made them I was seven and living in Saudi Arabia.

Beaverhouse Cookies

2 cups of Sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup milk
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1 stick of margarine
½ cup of peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 ½ cups of oatmeal 

1. Mix sugar, cocoa, salt, margarine and milk in saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to boil.
2. Boil for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
3. Add peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal and mix thoroughly.
4. Drop on wax paper and allow to cool.
