A minor cooking rant. Why do people insist on adding some sort of sweetener to sweet potatoes? They are already sweet enough as it is. Adding any other sweetness to them makes it seem like I'm spooning sugar into my mouth. This was fine when I was 5. But, now that I'm an adult, it is just way sweet for my taste.
