I’ve been asked by some people why don’t I jog/run for exercise. After all, it is cheap and easy to do. The reason is simple, my knees. Jogging/Running is one of the worst exercises you can do for your knees. It can easily lead to arthritis in the knees. This is even more true if you run or jog on hard surfaces. I already have knee damage due to running in my teens. There are some days where I can feel my knee joint just rubbing like trying to rub two dry pieces of rubber together.
