Another Abuse of Civil Forfeiture Laws

BATFE selling all of a company’s inventory and other people’s property found on site without saying what the crime is.

For those who don’t know: Two months ago, the BATFE raided Cavalry Arms using a warrant that did not specify what the crime was. They seized all of the inventory and firearms on site. This included firearms owned by employees and customers. Now, they have published an intent to auction off everything that was seized. Cavalry Arms has still not been informed of what crime they were supposed to have been involved. I urge you to write a letter to your Senators and US Representatives asking them to reign in this government agency. In no way should this be considered justice or legal in the USA.
