One of the Reasons I Do Like Ron Paul

Ron Paul calls for issuing Letters of Marque and Reprisal for use against piracy.

If I had the money, I would be happy to finance such a ship. I even know where I can probably get a crew of veterans to operate the weapons. However, with the current make-up of congress, I don’t see this happening.
