Cook County (Chicago) Firearm Sales Ban Proposed

This ordinance proposed for Cook County, Illinois would ban the sale of firearms, most ammunition and many firearms accesories. For one business alone, it would mean Cook county will lose approximately 300 jobs and $675,00 in tax revenue per year for the county. These 300 jobs generate $4 million in wages and an additional $1 million in employee benefits.
