Summary: An Iraq war veteran and his family were staging a counter-protest against peace protesters. The 14 year old son went across the street to video tape some of the goings on. Seeing the escalating tension, the parents crossed the street to retrieve their son. Two female peace protesters then attacked the wife. The veteran tried to pull the attackers off his wife and was attacked by 4-5 peace protesters. The held him down on the ground and beat him. The son managed to pull the last attacker off of his mother, the peace protester kicked her in the head and punched the son. The police, despite the video evidence, refused to arrest anyone.
