NEVER, EVER, USE DIRECTTV

2 weeks ago, DirectTV took $250 from my bank account without my permission. They told me it would take 10 business days to return the money. Now, they are telling me it will take 10-14 days from March 6th to return the money. They are thieves who are making interest off of my money. I am contacting their CEO, the Better Business Bureau, and everyone else I can. This is completely unacceptable.
