Don’t do business with Firestone Complete Auto Care
This is why I won’t do business with +Firestone Complete Auto Care again.
1. The location over by my office repeatedly tried to use high pressure sales tactics on me.
2. The location by my office also tried to charge me for work I did not authorize. (A brake fluid change when I had a brake job done.)
3. When I purchased 4 tires from the location by my home, I also paid for an oil change. The oil change was not done. When I brought my car back and pointed this out. The manager made excuses and told me it would be several hours before they could even look at my vehicle. Rather than wait, I went down the street to +Kwik Kar Oil & Lube. They had me in and out very quickly.
My wife and I are very dependent on my car. And, they have proven that I can not trust them with my vehicle.
